Every member of the SignAccess team is acutely aware of the important role he or she plays in delivering our core promise to our customers: to make the sign-buying experience as convenient as possible.  The key word of this statement is “team” – the success of a sign company relies heavily upon all employees to embody the team concept.

The key members of the SignAccess team include:

Linda Kirst
President & CEO

Linda Kirst is a Co-Founder of SignAccess, Inc. and serves as President and Chief Executive Officer. Ms. Kirst, a native of Melbourne, FL, has fifteen years of experience in the sign industry. Linda is responsible for the daily operations and financial duties involved in running and growing the company, lending her expertise in many facets of daily operations such as project management, permit procurement, office management and human resources. Ms. Kirst is also responsible for securing the necessary financing to grow the business, as well as accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.

Joseph W. Couturier
Vice President
& Account Services Manager

Joseph W. Couturier is a Co-Founder of SignAccess, Inc. and serves as Vice-President and Account Services Manager. Mr. Couturier, a native of Traverse City, Michigan, has over twenty-five years of experience in the sign industry all the while serving regional and national clients. His notable achievements include Citigroup’s 1997 re-branding of Commercial Credit to “CitiFinancial”, a name change in which Mr. Couturier was responsible for converting over 1200 existing locations to CitiFinancial. Joe has guided numerous mergers and acquisitions for other financial institutions including Hibernia Bank and Huntington Bank. Most of Mr. Couturier’s relationships with his customers span fifteen or more years and still exist today. You may count on Mr. Couturier for seamless image management.

Charlie Curran
Director of Production
& Field Services

Charlie Curran serves SignAccess with over twenty-eight years of installation, service and management experience. Among his wealth of experience, he has recently been involved with over 180 Chase and 80 PNC Bank change-overs in the span of a single year. He is Director of Production, Installation and Field Services. He also serves as Shop Foreman, using his practical knowledge to efficiently lead the fabrication team. Charlie is always looking for new fabrication methods to improve quality and reduce production time which, in the end, saves the customer money.

Jonathan Dennison
Production Illustrator

Jonathan Dennison works along side of the lead designer as a Production Illustrator. Along with sign design, Jonathan is responsible for preparing artwork for production and print. He also provides a breadth of knowledge in print, 3D graphics, video, audio and web design. A native of Florida, Jonathan brings with him a degree in Digital Arts and a love for every form of media. He also serves as web designer and IT consultant for the administrative staff.

Craig Phelan
Lead Estimator

Hailing from North Branford, Connecticut, Craig Phelan is the Lead Estimator, with the responsibility of determining the most cost-effective way to fabricate a sign. Having spent numerous years serving other creative agencies, Craig has a firm grasp on the value and time required to produce a quality product.

Keith Chapman
Business Development

Keith Chapman serves SignAccess with eleven years of marketing and advertising experience. As the lead for Business Development, he is personally involved in many of the company's larger accounts. Keith manages and coordinates with customers and contractors, overseeing the progress of a job from its inception through to completion and follow-up.

Debra Moyer
Account Services Specialist

Debra Moyer has numerous years of experience managing accounts for ad and design firms throughout the state of Florida. At SignAccess, she serves as an Account Services Specialist, Office Manager and Assistant to the Vice President. While managing customer accounts, she is responsible for maintaining order and efficiency in the office.

Marshall Stanton
National Accounts
& Permit Technician

Marshall Stanton serves SignAccess as National Accounts Manager and Lead Permit Technician. A native of Florida's Space Coast, he is currently a student at University of Central Florida College of Business. With a sharp mind for detail, Marshall faces the many challenges associated with permitting sign installations. He works with customers, contractors, architectural agencies, and government departments to do his best to represent the customer's interests. Marshall also offers his years of IT experience to assist the administrative staff in technical issues.

David Byrd
Production Coordinator

David Byrd serves as Production Coordinator. He is responsible for job scheduling and production coordination. He can be counted on for implementing stringent quality control and scheduling procedures to assure your signage is built correctly and installed on time. Having spent ten years working in fabrication and installation, David is well versed in the necessary steps and time required to see a project through to completion.

Anne Wickham
Administrative Assistant

Anne Wickham serves SignAccess as Receptionist and Administrative Assistant. Her primary responsibility is to provide back-up support to the Account Services team. Additional duties include answering the phones and many other routine office tasks. Anne comes to SignAccess from Utah with over seven years of office management and lab testing in the material testing and engineering industry. She is apt at problem solving, administrative functions and project management.
